Tätä tietosuojakäytäntöä sovelletaan GreenEnergy Finland Oy:n (myös "me") kehittämän Vision -mobiilisovelluksen ("Sovellus" tai "palvelu") käyttöön.
Tässä tietosuojakäytännössä kuvataan, mitä henkilötietoja keräämme ja miten käsittelemme näitä tietoja. Asentamalla Sovelluksen käyttäjä hyväksyy tässä
tietosuojakäytännössä kuvatunlaisen tietojen keräämisen ja käytön. Mikäli käyttäjä ei hyväksy tietosuojakäytäntöä, hänellä ei oikeutta käyttää palvelua.
Keräämiämme tietoja käytetään ainoastaan palvelun tarjoamiseen ja kehittämiseen. Emme jaa tietojasi kolmansien osapuolien kanssa.
Sovelluksen käyttöoikeudet
Kamera
Sovellus käyttää kameratoimintoa ainoastaan QR -koodin lukemiseen. Sovellus ei tallenna kuvia tai muita kameran tuottamia tietoja.
Tietojen kerääminen ja käyttö
Henkilötietojen käsittely
Emme kerää, säilytä tai käytä mitään Sovelluksen lataamisesta, käytöstä tai päivityksestä syntyviä henkilötietoja. Voimme käyttää henkilötietojasi vain, kun ne on lähetetty Sinun toimestasi. Lähettämiäsi tietoja voidaan käyttää tuotteidemme ja palveluidemme kehittämiseen, toimittamiseen ja parantamiseen tai verkkotutkimusten tai muiden aktiviteettien hallinointiin.
Muiden tietojen käsittely
Saamme käyttötietoja alustalta, joka jakaa Sovellusta (tällä hetkellä Google Play Store). Tietoihin kuuluu muun muassa ladattujen Sovellusten määrä ja tietoja käyttöympäristöstä (esim. laitemalli, sovellusversio, maa, kieli ja matkapuhelinoperaattori). Sovelluksen mahdollisesti kaatuessa Sovellus näyttää valintaikkunan, jossa voi lähettää raportin tapahtuneesta. Mikäli lähetät raportin, Sovellusta jakava alusta vastaanottaa lähettämäsi tiedot. Muutokset tietosuojakäytäntöön
Voimme muuttaa tietosuojakäytäntöä ajoittain. Tiedotamme muutoksista päivittämällä tätä sivua. Muutokset tulevat voimaan heti kun ne on lähetetty tälle sivulle, joten käyttäjän oletetaan tarkastavan tämän sivun mahdolliset muutokset säännöllisesti.

meaning information about you which is personally identifiable such as your name, address, telephone number or email address
if you choose to use our application. Such information is referred to throughout this policy as "Personal Information" or "data".

We do not collect, store or use any personal information while you use, download or update our applications.
We may use personal information only submitted by you and only for the following purposes: help us develop, deliver,
and improve our products and services and supply higher quality service; manage online surveys and other activities you've participated in.
Non-Personal information
We receive aggregate data from the platforms that distribute our Apps (currently Google Play Store), such as the number of people who download the App and mobile set-up information (e.g., device model, App version, country, language, and mobile carrier). In case of a crash, Application shows a dialog box to submit a crash report. If you send this report, the data is received in terms of distributing platform. Please consult the privacy policies of this platform for further information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
